MELANGE SWEATER.
The Melange sweater is knitted from top to bottom. First, the back yoke is worked back and forth in stocking stitch, while the shoulder slope is created using short rows. At the bottom of the back yoke, increases are worked to shape the armholes. After this, each shoulder is worked back and forth separately to the front on circular needles, and then the two shoulders are joined together to form the front yoke.
